She is survived by: her children, Re Chard, Wayne Chard, AmandaJo Tellez and Danielle Chard; her grandchildren, Chance, Peyton, Brooklyn, Xander, Alina, Annissa, Marrisa and Anastasia; her siblings, AJ Mack, Chrystal Shaver and Monica Houchen; and her mother Violet Shaver.
