She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Underwood and Ollie Underwood; and her husband Ronald Lentell. She is survived by: her children, Rod Lentell (Laura) of Wiggins, CO, Michael Lentell (Patricia) of Wiggins, CO and Becky Church (Gary) of Montrose, CO. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
