He was predeceased by: his uncles, Ernest Jr., Joe, Richard, Tony Ruiz, Shane Gardner and Robert Dixon; his aunt Connie Ruiz; his cousins, Olivia Lulf, Martin Joe Dixon and Robert Nicholas Dixon; and his grandparents, Ernesto and Viola Ruiz.
He is survived by: his parents, Jessie Ruiz of Wiggins and Kindra Harms (Kevin); his sister Amanda Mann of Orchard; and his grandparents, Don and Thora Gardner (Groves) of Goodrich. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
