He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his children, Lacey Perry (Kristjan) and Luke Eikenberg; his brothers, Jeff Eikenberg, Randy Eikenberg and Brian Eikenberg (Jeannie); his half-brother Mike Porter; his parents-in-law, Don Hale (Pat) and Susan Hale; and his sister-in-law Becky Rockwell (Andy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital or Christ Church.
