He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Collins and Mollie Collins; and his brother Charles Collins. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Maxine Collins; his children, Linda Shields (Paul) and Bruce Davisson (Jayne); and his grandchildren, Brandi Wilson (Lee), Bill Shields (Stephanie), Kristin Blackburn (Jay), Jonathon Shields (April), Alan Davisson (Claudette), Candice Norie (Derek), Mark Larson and Evan Larson. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
