He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Tripp and Betty Tripp; and his parents-in-law, Frank Bartholomew and Della Bartholomew. He is survived by: his wife Tamara Bartholomew-Tripp; his children, Matthew Tripp (Cristina) and Ashlee Tripp; his sister Brenda Coffin (Alan Jorgensen) of Beltsville, MD; his sister-in-law Pam Bartholomew; his nieces, Kristina Dahabura of Columbia, MD and Brianna Bartholomew; and his great-niece Amber Gramkow of Columbia, MD..

As his final act of service, Warren donated his corneas to give the gift of sight through one final eye surgery.
