We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2024, at the age of 91, Richard Walter Pierce (Wheat Ridge, Colorado), born in Manchester, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Richard Walter may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Pierce (Gwilt); his daughters, Janet Secrest and Noreen Horn; and his grandchildren, Brittany (Steven), Jennifer (Jesse), Lauren, Matthew, Jonathan and Grayson (Mollie). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren as well as numerous other family members and treasured friends.
