He was predeceased by: his parents, Wally West and Wanda Kingry; his former wife Mari Galligan; his wife Susan West; and his sister Lynda Cunningham.

He is survived by: his son John West (Renee); his niece Cami Haussler (Erik); his grandchildren, Michaela West (Brittany), Dean West, Madison and Jocelyn Langlois; and his nieces and nephews, Rylie, Connor and Alaina Haussler.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Olinger Crown Hill (7777 W 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033).
