He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald and Joycelyn; his grandchildren, Nolan, Alyssa, Jack, Logan, Eric, Natalie, Tristan and Leslie; his wife Becky Fowler; his children, Alyssa Krolicki (Neil) and Eric Fowler (Emily); his stepdaughter Leslie Eberhart; his stepgrandchildren, Jack, Logan, Nolan, Natalie and Tristan; and his siblings, Bonnie Sandberg (Norman), Steven (Heidi), Paul (Brenda), Larry (Mindy) and Robert Fowler.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in David's honor to support Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) research, a cause close to their hearts.
