He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonia Arias and Benito Arias; and his siblings, Ben Arias, Rachel Lira, Albert Arias, Aurora Correa, Ernest Arias and Adam Arias.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah Arias (Juscik); his daughter Elena Logan (Aden) of Gilpin County; and his sisters-in-law, Toni Arias (Adam) of Deatsville, AL and Della Arias (Ernest) of Trinidad, CO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
