He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigurjon Gestson (John) and Thordis Gestson; his wife Lucille Anderson; and his siblings, Magnus Geston and Katherine Rasmussen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Gestson Haskins (Thomas Haskins) and LaVonne Gestson Vespoli (Joseph Vespoli); and his friend Nancy Linder. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and many fur grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Advent Lutheran Church (7979 Meade St, Westminster, CO 80030).
