He was predeceased by: his father Blas Montemayor, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Montemayor; and his siblings, Christopher Blas (Lyndee), Timothy Scott, Michael Jon (Colleen) and Susan Kara Montemayor. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
