With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeremy Love Swift of Westminster, Colorado, who passed away on March 13, 2025 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Jeremy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jeremy farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Carol Hinshaw Swift; and his siblings, Jason, Joshua, Justin and Erin Bloom.
