Evenson of Westminster, Colorado, born in Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on October 12, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Ridgeway Street. She is survived by: her brother Robert Francis Grubb; her half-brothers, George Roscoe Grubb Jr., Carl Frederick Grubb and Gordon Leroy Grubb; her former husband Homer Frederick Carpenter Jr. (Jack); her sons, Alan Trenton Carpenter (Betsy Neely) of Boulder, CO, John Frederick Carpenter (Marilyn) of Westminster, CO and Robert Bruce Carpenter (Kay) of Chandler, AZ; her husband Dr. Edward Stanley Evenson (Ed); her son Champaign; her stepchildren, Erik Evenson (Sue) of Clarksburg, MD, Julie Garcia (Rudi) of Madrid, Kurt Evenson of Springfield, IL and Jeanne Dautermann (Terry) of Murrieta, CA.; her grandchildren, Helen Neely, Riley Carpenter, Ryan Carpenter, Ross Carpenter, Elias Carpenter, Catherine Ellis, Amanda Kimball and Nathan Carpenter; her stepgrandchildren, Eric Garcia, Patricia Garcia, Matthew Evenson and Luke Evenson; her great grandchildren, Kyra Carpenter, Rowen Carpenter, Indianna Carpenter, Isaiah Carpenter, Jazlyn Carpenter, Jaycee Carpenter, Camille Ellis, Callia Ellis, Laney Ellis, Jovey Kimball, Reese Kimball, Leona Kimball and Devin Kimball; and also, Julie, Edward Erik, Kurt and Jeanie.
