He was predeceased by: his wife Jacquelyn Hovorka. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Miller (Gregg), Barbara Wall (Dirk), Sue Hovorka, Donna Motte (Marcus), Jim Hovorka (Carry) and Amy Lanterman (Rob). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, numerous other relatives & friends.
