With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Jo Settle (Westminster, Colorado), born in Leesburg, Florida, who passed away on July 31, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Claud Gilmore and Ruthanna Gilmore; her children, Tom (Annette) and Karen (Joel); her grandchildren, Brandi, Trey, Terri, Joshua and Kayla; her great grandchild Taylor; and also, Taylor, Brycen, Dustin, Paige, Peyton and TJ.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to one of Jo's favorite organizations, the USO, would honor her in the best way, recognizing Harry's military service and that of her two great grandsons, Brycen and Dustin, who are just starting their military careers.
