She was predeceased by: her father Theodore F. Koschmider; her brothers, Gary, Dale and Allen; and her son-in-law Greg Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, Kelle Vaughn, Tim McCormick and Matt McCormick; and her husband Alan McCormick. She is also survived by two sister-in-laws, a niece, a nephew, a grandson, and many other family members.
Carol also had a kind heart and found many ways to contribute personally to her family and donate to many causes she cherished.
