He is survived by: his wife Katherine Ortiz; and his children, Richard Fransua, Gilbert Fransua, Charles Ortiz, Elaine Padilla (Ortiz) and Carol Adams (Ortiz). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 some of our families and friend are not comfortable around people or present geographically to attend the service.
