She is survived by: her father Floyd Eugene Ownby; her husband William Beyerlein; her daughter Erica Vander Sande (Adam); her granddaughters, Willa and Quinn; her stepchildren, Drew Beyerlein, Tyler Beyerlein, Makenna Beyerlein and Chloe Beyerlein; her mother Mary Ownby (Tigner); and her siblings, Karen Havlin and Rick Ownby (Missy). She is also survived by family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be announced in 2021, as her family will wait to plan an event due to COVID restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, Annette had asked for donations in her name to Metavivor, which offers grants for metastatic breast cancer research.
