He is survived by: his wife Karen Dages Shattuck of Westcliffe, CO; his daughter Lindsey Lee Trumbull; his grandson Chase Anthony Trumbull; his siblings, Kay Hollowell (Johnny) of Montrose, CO and Wayne (Carol Bailey) of Clearwater, FL; his nieces and nephews, Roxanne Woodward, Danielle Woodward, Debbie Woodward, Kathy Woodward of Grand Junction, CO, Jill Hollowell of Portland, OR, Bruce Hollowell (Chris) of Durango, CO and Barry Hollowell of Hugo, CO; and his close friends, Jim, Cinda Kelafas and Karen Droessler. He is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews and many great-great nieces and nephews.
