It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ella Royer-Lavergne of Wellington, Colorado, born in Quincy, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tangherlini and Shirley Tangherlini; her son Alan P. Royer Jr.; and her brother Carleton "Kip" Wilcox. She is survived by: her former husband Alan Royer; her husband David Lavergne; her son Sean Royer (Jessica); her grandchildren, Devon (Lilly), Dylan (Kali), D'Artagnan "Tanner" (Karlie), Breanna, Angel Lundeby (Stephen) and Ashley Sanchez (Kennedy); and her siblings, James, Janice Tyler (Ronnie) and Pamela Petch (Roger). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Shirley was a long-time supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and donations in her honor would be greatly appreciated.
