She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Allen and Emma Shafer Allen; her brothers, Wayne and Dean Allen; and her sister-in-law Elaine Allen.

She is survived by: her husband Billy Simons; her children, Pam, Twyla Tiffany (Harry), Pamela Winkinhofer (Bill), Brian Simons (Marti) and Teresa Cavender (Joe); her grandchildren, Gary Blixt (Pam), Clinton Funk (Emily), Chad Winkinhofer (Heather), Kayla Crecelius (Chad), Clayton Funk (Andrea), Sarah McNeely (Charles) and Amanda Lenz (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Stephanie, Garett, Ethan, Chase, Emma, Isabella, Haley, Cole, Chloe, Corbin, Logan, Wesley, Max, Easton, William and Charles Jr.; her aunt Dodie Raga; and her sister-in-law Lorraine Allen.
