He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bockenfeld and Patricia Meado. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Paul Strickland (Nermina), Joseph Bockenfeld (Aaron), Jacob Bockenfeld (Kaylan) and Erika Bockenfeld; and his siblings, Jim Bockenfeld and Donnette Cannady.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Horan & McConaty Funeral Service and Cremation - South Metro/Centennial (5303 E County Line Rd, Centennial, CO 80122). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Parish (19099 E Floyd Ave, Aurora, CO 80013).
