He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sylvester Medley and Lillie Mae Hughes Medley; his siblings, Robert Bob, Alice Mildred, Vesta May, Hazel Josephine, Ruby Fay, Mary Emma and Bertha Opal; and his grandchild Leslie Howard.
He is survived by: his former spouse Luedith Gifford; his spouse Euvonne Millspaugh; his children, Charla Medley, Becky Hankins (Lloyd) and Wayne Medley (Cindy); and his stepchildren, Ken Millspaugh (Dottie), Phyllis Millspaugh and Twila Samples (Doug). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren and 2 great, great-grandchildren.
