He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis Coulter; his children, Deloris Packard, Lloyd Packard (Brenda), Kathy Painter and Theron Packard (Brenda); and his siblings, Alvin Packard (Francis), Glen Packard (Glenna) and Jewel Eaton (Bill).
