He was predeceased by: his mother Maxine Louise Jones; his grandparents, Clarence and Lena Jones; his father Ray Williamson; and his siblings, Constance, Janet and Bill.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joan Ulibarri (Gene), Vicki Baldridge (Garry) and Bob Williamson (Jackie); his children, Kelley Raymond Williamson III (Noell), Belinda Paine (Darin), Bruce Williamson (Brenda), Lena Hicks (Will) and Kacey Williamson (Ryan); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Maio (Cody), Kelley Raymond Williamson IV (Theresa), Joshua Williamson, Mikayla Williamson, Roman Williamson, Collin Williamson, Gunther Norris, Hayden McEwen and Shaelynn Newcombe.
