She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lawrence McCaskill and Sadie Sarah Walker; her husband Ivan Elroy Parkhurst; her son Donald Parkhurst; her siblings, Lawrence McCaskill, Gene McCaskill, Ralph McCaskill, John McCaskill, Jim McCaskill, Ruby Baker and Sadie Haney; and her great grandchild Parker Beck.
She is survived by: her children, Ivan Parkhurst Jr. (Patricia) of Newcastle, Oklahoma and Barbara Ann Goodall (Earl); her daughter-in-law Sharon Parkhurst of Seymore, Tennessee; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Baker of Marlow, Oklahoma and Betty McCaskill of Gentry, Arkansas.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
