It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Payne (Walsenburg, Colorado), born in Trinidad, Colorado, who passed away on October 18, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Payne and Dollie Payne; his siblings, George Elmer, John Allen, James and Karen Wark; and his brother-in-law Angelo Pugnetti.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Pugnetti; his children, Sherri Wilson (Jarred), Franklin and Edward Pugnetti (Shanah); his sisters, Marian Roscoe and Lorraine Shinn; and his grandchildren, Marino and Angelo.
