She is survived by: her mother Jacqueline Rohalla Mullins of Gardner; her children, Blaze Sky DeCandia of Marshfield and Sky of Hornell; her brother Derek Trail DeCandia of Raymore; and her half-sister Autumn Mullins of Kansas City.
