With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terril Lyn Ratliff (Vilas, Colorado), born in La Junta, Colorado, who passed away on January 28, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Ratliff and Irene Ratliff (Carr); and his siblings, Roy, Albert, William, Keith and Ruth Lowery.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Baker; and his siblings, Ken Ratliff, Earl Ratliff, Dale Ratliff, Betty Rich, Hazel Anderson and Barbara Ratliff.
