He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pearl Clara Spears and Jesse Jake Justice; his sisters, Alice and Alverta Fay (Justice); his half-brother Larry; his wife Kathy; his children, Gifford Dean Justice (Elizabeth), Jimmie Jake Nelson (Charlene), Deborah Jean Costa (Nelson), Becky Max, Daniel Heath Justice (Kent Dunn), Melissa Williams and Barbara Tracy; his nieces, Nancy Donovan (Mark) and Sally Fay; his nephew David Gleisner; and his grandparents, Amos Spears and Dawes. He was also cherished by grandchildren and chosen grandchildren.
