Monroe, Sr. and Melinda Miller of Omaha; his children, Tiana Red Bear-Monroe of Alliance, Nassim Monroe of Alliance, William Monroe IV of Alliance and Liberty Monroe of Alliance; and his siblings, Jennifer Eversull (Keith) of Alliance, Jason Monroe (Kara) of Hawaii and James Monroe (Jennifer) of Alliance.
