He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hallahan and Margaret Hallahan. He is survived by: his wife Raina Hobbs; and his children, Sabrina, Sandrina, Ryan and Brett. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
The family has a donation campaign in place to assist with the costs from emergency medical response, care, and inurnment.
