She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Rockwell Sr. and Katy Deer; her daughters, Josephine Mills and Jeri Mills; her grandson Baby Boy Frost; and her siblings, Victor Deer, Wanda Farjardo, Ramona Cantsee and Colleen Lansing.

She is survived by: her children, Burton Billie, J'Rita Mills of Towaoc, CO and Windy Mills IV of Towaoc, CO; and her brothers, Jack Cantsee Sr. of White Mesa, UT, Norman Lansing of Arboles, CO, Stacy Lancing of Towaoc, CO and Herbert Lansing of Denver, CO.
