He is survived by: his mother Veronica Joyce Cuthair of Towaoc, CO; his sons, Marshall Toby Deer of Towaoc, CO and Victor Deer of Towaoc, CO; his brother Jedthro Deer of Towaoc, CO; his half-brothers, Kendall Cuthair and Daniel S. Lehi; and his uncles, Stacy Lansing, Norman Lansing and Herbert Lansing Jr. Marshall.
