He is survived by: his children, Leona Cuch of Towaoc, Lionel Collins of Towaoc, Stephanie Collins of Shiprock, N. M. and Sheena Collins of Shiprock, N. M.; his siblings, Mary Collins House of White Rock and Leon Collins Jr. of Towaoc; his close friend Daryl Darlene Collins of Shiprock, N. M; and his nieces and nephews, Virginia Collins of Denver, Darlene Collins of Grand Junction, Alise Reyna of Towaoc, Shay Ridley of White Rock, Jerry Collins III of Grand Junction and Thomas Ridley of South Dakota.
