He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Rose Laner and Douglas Starr; and his brother Delvin Starr Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Melissa Watts (Aaron Lee) of Cortez, CO; his sister-in-law Andrea Weatherwax of Seattle, WA; and also Kaylub Starr (Justin Healy) of Browning, MT.
