He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan Pavisook and Curtis Lehi; and his siblings, Roger Lehi, Larry Lehi, Leroy Lehi, Douglas Lehi, Luther Lehi, Corrina Lehi, Joseph Lehi, Dorothy Combs, Mary Ann Owl, Regina Lakota and Vernal Cross.
He is survived by: his wife Iris Chief; the mother of his children Shirley May of Towaoc; his children, Fernando Goodall of Santaquin, UT, Bengina Lehi Pavisook of Towaoc, Ian Lehi of Towaoc, Cora Rose Lehi of Farmington, NM, Quintina Pavisook of Towaoc and Iyonia Y. Pavisook of Towaoc; his grandchildren, Rinishii Lehi, Dazzleen Elkriver, Wahkee Pavisook and Rakiena Collins; and his siblings, Kelly McCabe, Kimberly Franchini of Cortez and Christine Lehi of Towaoc.
