She was predeceased by: her parents, James Collins and Vivian Collins (Clemons). She is survived by: her husband Joe; her sons, Sean Jackson (Amy) and Casey Sega; and her siblings, Virginia Smith (Lee) and Robert Collins (Alma).
Patty was a humanitarian at heart having volunteered for two medical missions in Central America as well as dedicating her time in retirement to a medical clinic during COVID.
