He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Michael Ketteler (Marion), Francisco Salazar (Lourdes), Oscar Salvador Salazar (Maria), Servando Salazar (Cecilia), Joan Brand (Lance), Cindy Gallegos (Ron), Cathy Johnson (Darryl) and Melissa Uribes (Ben); his grandchildren, Tara, Brittany, Michael, Jourdan, Courtney, Tevin, Jada, Tyrese, Gabe, Olivia, Mia, Carissa, Elizabeth and Sophia; and his great grandchildren, Janessa, Audrey, Michael, Liliana, Gretchen, Gunther, Skye, Chase and Billy.
