He is survived by: his spouse Dallene Rider; his stepdaughter Lisa Marie; his parents-in-law, Del, Ann, Ward, Miles, Mel and Sherry; his nephews, Darren Matthew and Bryan James; his son Brent Michael Hicks (Angela); his siblings, Larry (Marty) of Glendale, Arizona, Cindy Kramer of Lincoln, Nebraska, Barb Giles (Mike) of Maryville, Tennessee, Bonnie Rusch (Brian) of Holstein, Iowa, Russ (Diana) of Fuquay Varina, Randy (Rosann) of Sanford and Jason Comer (Heather) of Wakefield; his sons, Darren and Bryan; his grandchildren, Hannah of Colorado, Riley of Colorado and Aubrey of Colorado; his daughter Lisa Wilen (Rick); and his grandchildren, Ashlynn of Palmyra, Nebraska, Jenna of Palmyra, Nebraska, Holly of Palmyra, Nebraska, Darrin of Celina, Texas and T. J. of Celina, Texas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
