He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Nab (Mae) and Kelburn Headley; his daughter Kristi Headley; his wife Charlene Headley; and his brother Wayne Headley.
He is survived by: his children, Hollie Headley, Paul Headley, Kelly Headley and Karri Headley; his stepdaughters, Carol Flageolle and Lisa Chase; his grandchildren, Hailee Nelsen, Jayda Romero, Alicia Stapp, Savannah Stapp and Morgan Headley; his siblings, Marvin Headley, Terry Headley, Ronnie Headley, Mary Hawrylyshyn and Melvin Cruz; and his former wife Sharon Appuglise. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many other loving family members and friends.
