He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pulst and Edna Pulst (Paul); and his parents-in-law, Eldon and Anna Jean Evans. He is survived by: his wife Karlyn (Evans); his daughters, Stephanie Lavely (Brian) and Erin Fisher (Brian); his grandchildren, Shae, Taylor (Trevor), Morgan and Madison; his great grandchild Cash; and his brother Clifford (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and Karlyn's siblings.
