He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William II and Hazel Irene Harrington (Newcomb); his siblings, Wayne, Gerald, Dale and Charles; and his grandson Scott.
He is survived by: his sons, Wayne, Gerald, Dale and Charles; his spouse Beryl Clare Frailey; his brother Kenneth; and his children, Susan Harrington (Todd Anderson), Linda Hagemann (Ed) and Robert. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
Norman requested that any contributions be made to the Disabled American Veterans in lieu of flowers.
