He is survived by: his wife Donna; and his children, David (Patty) of Colorado, Timothy (Karren) of Colorado, Douglas (Peggy) of Colorado, Tammy Anschutz of Colorado and James (Nancy) of Colorado. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
