She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Worley; and her parents, James Miczanko and Mabel Miczanko. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Worley Jr., Charles Worley, Shayne Worley, Robin Hoyer and Cindy Hill; and her sisters, Bonnie Bank, Esta Anderson and Kim James. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
