She was predeceased by: her husband Carl W. Walzak; and her siblings, Margaret Tuthill (John) and Joseph Glavan (Donna). She is survived by: her children, Cindy Combs (Tim) and Dan Walzak (Xochitl); her grandchildren, Alexa, Sophia Walzak, Darren Combs (Sydney) and Jacob Doyle (Fabiola); and her great grandchildren, Liam and Kaelyn Doyle.
