He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Timothy Smith and Kelly Hulbert; his grandchildren, Joseph Hulbert, Rocco Smith, Broc Smith, Connor Smith, Eli Hulbert, Alexandra Smith and Stacey Bennett; and his great grandchildren, Morgan Bennett, Kinsey Hulbert, Tattum Bennett, Tucker Hulbert, Krew Kenny and Cayde Kenny.
