She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Micciche and Shirley Micciche; and her brothers, Larry and Leonard Micciche. She is survived by: her children, Christie Tasso (Rusty), Michael Bender and Richard Bender (Darisa); and her grandchildren, Kylie Tasso, Eric Tasso, Brooklynne Bender and Londyn Bender. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Olinger Highland Mortuary Heritage Hall (10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Olinger Highland Cemetery (10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229).
