He was predeceased by: his brother Lonnie; his parents, Tommie Thompson and Lillian Thompson; his sisters, Rosielee Thompson and Marcella Thompson; and his daughter Penny Jeanine Mcafee.
He is survived by: his children, Leroy E. Thompson Jr. (Pennie) of Denver, CO, Gary B. Thompson (Sherry) of Henderson, CO, Bryon K. Thompson (Cindy) of Mead, CO and Jodi C. Thompson of Calhoun, GA; his foster son Paul Gregory Asendorf; his wife Nancy Thompson; and his sons, Gregory S. Thompson of Denver, CO and Alvin McAfee (Penny) of Denver, CO. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
